Our story

Nearly fifty years of first looks

Ali and Dora Raanaei opened Wedding Lace on Main Street in Alice in 1978. Over nearly fifty years, they built a small formalwear shop into a South Texas landmark — the place families come back to for weddings, quinceañeras, proms, and every dressed-up moment in between.

Today their daughter Renee and her husband Omar carry that legacy forward, with Dora still a familiar face on the floor. Same family, same Main Street, same promise: unhurried appointments, honest advice, and your day treated like our own.
